jede Datei oder jede Email auf ihren Urheber zurückverfolgen zu können


Marcus Gibson schwärmt in der  Financial Times und schreibt, dass eine
schottische Firma "fast das Äquivalent des Humangenomprojekts für das
Internet" entwickelt habe. Die Firma  Buchanan International hat nicht
nur ein neues Unternehmen namens  Actis gegründet, sondern behauptet
auch, dass man das gesamte Web kartiert - und dabei nicht nur seine
"dunkle Seite" entdeckt, sondern auch eine Möglichkeit gefunden habe,
wie man den "Fluss von unerwünschter Information im Internet
verfolgen" kann.
