Der amerikanische Streit um die Domainnamen

Hallo, 

Ein Ruf von der GILC - Liste in Richtung auf die 
DG XIII. Ich leite einfach mal weiter. Letztlich geht 
es um den Domainnamen - Streit, der in den USA 
heftig entbrannt ist. Es streiten einige Institutionen 
um die Verwaltung des einzig hierarchischen Systems 
im Internet. Bisher wurde die Verwaltung von einer 
amerikanischen Behörde geführt. Eine globale anstatt einer 
amerikanischen Lösung scheint auch mir 
sinnvoll zu sein.
