Das ist das Ende des Medien-Staatsvertrages. Ansonsten
könnte es höchstens eine DurchführungsVO sein.
Pech für Somm ist, dass es wohl keine Revision zum BGH
geben wird, aber so genau kenne ich den Fall auch nicht.
