Der Nebentenor vom White Paper der US-Regierung ist in meinen Ohren
aber immer mit diesem feinen, bitten Beigeschmack: Ja, Deregulierung
des Domainsystems, aber bitte immer mit Standort USA. So soll die
IANA-Nachfolgeorganisation eine wunderbar unabhaengige Organisation
werden, mit Beiraeten aus aller Welt, aber der Sitz natuerlich in USA.
Also kein Genf, wie von der gtld-mou.org initiiert?!
In so einem Fall sollte es der US-Regierung leicht fallen, in vielleicht
10 Jahren ein neues Gesetz herauszubringen, das die Unabhaengigkeit dieser
neuen Organisation wieder realtiviert...
Mir ist das Ganze nicht sonderlich sympathisch...
