Jeanette wrote a very interesting paper about 'rough consensus' at IETF.
There are some (technical) errors in this paper, but the main process is
clearly described.
I do not accept Jeanette's point of view, because it is fully unbiased.
She does not prefer or object anything as long as a consensus is found.
So IMHO Jeanette is never involved in the result, but can live with and work
for it.
