I will direct Deutsche Telekom (or whoever else) to place that funding to
ICANN corporation, and if they show some concern about the use of that
funding, to bind the use of that money for refunding expenses on travel,
lodging and so on for the people are incurring in doing their "duty" inside
ICANN.
This way of accepting the sponsorship will also show If the sponsor is in
good-faith or not.
Funding is a need for ICANN as a whole not just an individual need.
