About the director, I'm expecting to hear a comment from the top ranking
candidates. The director should definitely take a commitment to search for
consensus among the community on major issues, rather than taking decisions
alone, with a bottom-up approach.
About the community, this is why I propose that this advisory board is
formed by the top 15-25 candidates in this phase of the elections. It's the
only instrument we have to measure their representativeness inside the At
Large community.

I'm still waiting for him to explain that. However, this board should gather
a wide consensus among all of us to be meaningful.

They should discuss in public - their list should be open for reading to
everyone, also to review the trust they have from the community. But their
list should be a low-noise discussion place to facilitate reaching of a
widely shared position.

I agree.
