Have those 21.500 members received their PIN already? There are messages
on lists elsewhere in this world, which give me the idea that:

1. The last PIN's were sent on August 7. This perhaps means they cannot
be here in Europe yet.
2. A lot of people, also in the USA, have not received their PIN. Some
registered back in Spring. The system seems not to be working 100%.

I know of one person who applied in July and has not received his PIN
yet. No PIN, no endorsement, no vote.
Some people who did receive their PIN may have lost interest moreover.

So, I would suggest we look at the number of acitivated members for our
statistics. And keep a close look at what is happening with the PIN's. Are
there people reading this list who have not yet received their's?
