Well, uneducated users will have a natural disadvantage in all cases. Your
best bet would be to go to operating system vendors that still think that
security is to be implemented in the users mind, though.
However, what this has to do with DNS, any other icann-related issues
or cheap internet access or even privacy escapes me, and probably most
others.
