Hello again,
this message is targeted for all of us candidate in member-nomination which
are discussing here about 'horizontal organization' and yet to be defined
matters.
I'm a little bit icy on talking about 'details' (how can be done, what tools to
use and so on) because I see that we are keeping out of discussion other
interested people.(not in bad-faith manner anyway)
We are talking as if just our names will have a chance to be the Board
director and use/poll such organisation. I think also Nom-Com nominated
people should have a chance to discuss it. Maybe it will sound very
unpopular but maybe many/some of us relies on the 'restricted seat
availability concern' to be exhibited as a heavvy load on member-nominated
candidate election and viewed as an additional hope in gaining some
popularity advantage during the voting session. Having Nom-Com nominated
people opinions here will be also a *real* challenge for showing if we are
smart enough to fulfill the job and this may be a real concern to each of us in
order to prove we were right when placing our nomination application..
BTW: I collected 3 out of 5 publicly available email addresses of the Nom-
Com nominated candidates for the Europe Region (for the other two I was not
(yet) able to find some) and I will send to Thomas if he likes to invite them to
join the ML.
Howewer,I think Thomas would also like hear also from you all fellow
candidates about this topic before attempting this.
On my side, I have no concerns at all.
Best regards
Giorgio Griffini
