Here are my view to the European At Large Council:

Everyone presents him/herself in a special ML, otherwise not 
accepted. So every member knows the other members. If we 
observe problems, we call for participation, or we self-destroy
to reform.

Of course! And it should have a program, what the group want to achieve.

Yes.

Of course!

Of course!

No, that will be a At Large Member and candidates group, may be with a
organization head. ICANN should not have the power to expire this group.
