[ICANN-EU] Being 'icy' on Andy attitudes

Unless I am missing emails for technical reasons there were just 3
messages out of 700+ since August 15 from Andy and only 1 out of 3 was
centered on topics we are discussing here from the first beginning.
Maybe Jeanette had more opportunity to talk privately and directly with him
to tell us such things that way...but there are also transparency issues doing
private talk instead of having such kind discussions made in public because,
in this last case, will be a little bit more difficult to tailor opinions to the
position of each specific person engaged in a private talk in order to gain
consensus.
I'm not telling here that Andy is doing this but he is anyway not discussing
publicly his positions here.

So please Jeanette, do not blame at me on being 'icy' about Andy attitude to
stay away from discussions held here.
Figures talk by themselves.
