I am not a lawyer either. Whether this is matter of being competent is
turned into a big question by the bodacious case :-)

Let us think about this, for a couple of hours. Maybe better to run this
on some existing lists (not the ones this message is on, I would think). A
specific list for this one domain does not seem useful. A general list
about mistaken UDRP cases may be. And I am not very fond of the egroups
adds. It makes it so easy to accidently delete the messages as spam before
reading them...
I might be able to run a list myself on the server on which
bodacious-tatas.org is. If it is a good idea to have a new list. Let's
take a little time to think.

If you find it difficult, or not useful now, to have independant content,
you can change the nameservers to those for bodacious-tatas.org. I will
then do dns for it, and show what is on the .org also on the .net (both
the 1 and the 2 tatas .net). I can also add the whois info to the page:

http://www.bodacious-tatas.org/whois.html

if you like... and dare :-)))
