Such structure will not be cemented by adding a new constituency. If it is
fragile by itself it will became even more weak by adding another different
voice. If it will collapse by adding the IDNO it will simply mean it was wrong
because it was intended to hold any new constituency by petition.
The important thing to look at, instead, is to not 'protect' DNSO from its
faults by preventing a new well supported constituency being added in by
taking the excuse 'this way the DNSO will collapse'.
If it will collapse it will be a DNSO fault not a IDNO one.
About Harald comment I just think that is not possible to reach 'pure'
representations anyway (whatever structure one may have in mind) and that
the big fault is keeping out significative points of view because they will
average and compensate for 'impurity' of representation.
If this will bring or not DNSO to have a more or less IP (Int. Prop.) and
business polarization is a completely another matter.
