I fully agree.
For that reason, I'd propose the following first steps:
- Create the open discussion list, either by re-chartering the
present list, or by creating a new one.
- Ask the ICANN staff to announce that list either in one of their
regularly mailings to the @large members, or to put an
announcement on their web site.
- Create an announcement list, or special interest group/working
group lists, as needed.
- See what happens.
Can we agree on these steps?
