Thomas, Harald and all,

  This sort of suggestion would be limiting speech in such a way as
to damage meaningful and sometimes heated discussion.  It is
commonly known as "Selective Censorship".  Harald is of course
well aware of this as it is practiced illegitimately on the DNSO list.
As a result back in February of this year, the DNSO GA mailing
list and the DNSO itself suffered irreparable creditability damage
and many DNSO Assembly members left as a result.

  I *Hope* that such does not occur again in these important
forums/mailing lists...
