Constatine, Joop and all,

  Joop makes a excellent point here as well as a reasonable
suggestion in counter to Haralds comments/suggestion.  Joop
can indeed speak from experience in this instance as he mentioned
as well.  I also was witness to the bitter battle on the IDNO list
myself.
