Jefsey and all,

  Yes, what is being odn about getting the non-usable PIN's fixed
Andrew?  Several times I have responded to requests for information
to no avail in My Case as well.  Yet the problem remains.  If you can't
do the job or fix the problem restore the original PIN's of those that
have been issued them.  If you don't have all the PIN's issued, get it
done.
