Andrew,
Fine. It remains a fact that there are tales of a lot of people who have
not received their PIN (yet). Also many who applied months back. I know
just one other person here who applied for atlarge membership. He has not
received his PIN. The postal service is fairly good in my country.
No, he did not move, not give a fake address, etc. Either his PIN was not
sent, despite claims by ICANN. Or it was lost in the mail, or the US
postal service needs more than a month to get it to Europe. You may tell
me what it is. Is the US postal service that bad?
One PIN letter lost is a possibility. Two, a Hundred also. Thousands? I
simply do not buy it. Make up another story.
