[ICANN-EU] What now

Let's cry to create a ring of lists and sites devoted to the At Large
membership in Europe (and possibly through all the world), trying to
cover the highest possible number of countries and languages. Let's
also try to cooperate among all people who were candidates in each
country and that still want to take part in this process - the more
active people we have, the more we will be able to do. I'm about to
create an Italian list and to rethink at my site, and I'm about to ask
for cooperation to other Italian candidates (wait for mail today, guys
:) ).

I'm also wondering about having a central European At Large website,
acting as a portal towards all sites and lists. It will certainly be
easier to get exposure and traffic on a single URL than on many
national sites. I was thinking whether it would have been better to
have a real multilingual site, and to coordinate all efforts between
us so that instead of having everyone develop his own site, we can
optimize work and get a multilingual site sharing the technical part.
I'm now an expert in Apache/PHP3/MySQL multilingual/multidomain sites,
so I'm happy to contribute expertise and code. On the other hand,
maybe it would just end up in infinite discussions among us about how
to structure the site, so it could be better if everyone goes on on
his own. Thoughts? Anyone would like to take part in this?

I'd also recommend starting using our strength now. I.e.: do we think
that ICANN should reopen activations for a few days? Let's put
together an appeal and have it signed by as many candidates as we can,
especially by the ballot candidates. Now we have the contacts between
us - we can do it easily.
