  The time for deciding what role the At Large membership can or should play
is past.  It should have been defined before being put into place.  To discuss
it now is relegating it to a very limited or no real role at all.

  Interaction can and should take many and varied forms of communication.
So this is not a problem to solve.  It should be a "No Brainer"...

  People are becoming disinterested because the ICANN process
is a near sham, Roberto, and you have been an active participant
in that sham, as you well know.  Members, again have been disenfranchised
as a result of poor management from the ICANN board and staff in that
many, if not most, have yet to receive their PIN #'s or their PIN #'s
don't work and the problem has not been corrected.  Yet the election
was held.  That's electoral fraud in many countries.
