  It it is a part of a contractual arrangement or terms of a contract it falls
under contract law in the US.  Hence this "Service Fee/TAX" is indeed
a long term affair.  That is why it is a "Tax" under the guise of a
service fee...

  So please stop selling this TAX as something it is not...
