  I don't think that anyone that toe AL directors should ONLY be responsive
to technical aspects...  It is reasonable to expect that the AL directors do
have
an equal ability to address the technical aspects as well as non-technical
ones.   Let's face the facts here, the Internet is a highly technical
environment,
and no good background in technical aspects of the Internet, especially
security related issues, IP routing, and DNS would put these potential
AL directors at a disadvantage to whom they are suppose to represent....
