I thank you Joop and all for your help.

Now, I would suggest we leave aside the question concerning the
inter-region access to the ICANN software until Andrew may review it.

I asked something obvious and I said why.

Public and private responses where very nice and touched a lot the
hurt persons (I never said who hurt them as I never wanted to know).
I was impressed. Again I thank you.

Tonight a post - not in this ML - went wrong. I am sorry for that: I
certainly do not want anyone more being hurt by others or by himself.
I therefore thank you for your cooperation in delaying that issue.
