Thank you for bring attention on Cerf's comment (we can also ask
if his other involvements are not motivated by his WorldCom position,
cann't we). But there is a very interesting post at the end of the page
by Reed. He rises the two most important issues:

- innovation acceptance and support (I am not happy at the K$100
   asked from me to consider two modest ideas usefull to all)

- IP addressing plan, canonical involvement, related costs, results
   on Internet future; etc...

I would be gald if as the most probably most scientist NomCom
you could comment these two points.
