Difficult. I would not like ICANN to give my address out to a
self-declared group claiming to represent me. Just let ICANN have a
mail sent out to everybody pointing at FITUG's website for this list.

ACK in principle; problem is, there might be several. They may set up
a list anyway. Alexander's efforts should be mentioned as a good
starting point.

A proposal as difficult as the decision on direct or representative
