What do you think about regularly publishing something like Karl's
decision diary, telling us what your current positions and
activities on the board are, and, in general, what went on?

This would really help to improve accountability of the board in
general. It would also help to give those who voted for you the
feeling that their vote actually made a difference.

After all, you and the other four elected directors should prove NOW
that the at large elections were a good thing, and that you actually
do make a difference in terms of accountability, and of public input
to the ICANN board. This does not just mean relaying complaints on
the ccTLDs to the ICANN public meeting, but it also means that you
should provide the public with a continuous stream of information on
what's going on at ICANN. Only such a stream of information will
provoke public input which you should then relay back to the board.
