If you are going to have a cut-off  date then you must post a listed of
those registered to vote or some way of individuals verifying their
eligibility.

It was included in my plan - currently it is expected to be July 16 (however
I'll need to get some feedback from Joanna and Elisabeth about dates, so I
think it could take 2-3 more days to have final dates and the formal call
for the elections).
