[atlarge-discuss] Re: USG v all or some governments



Agree with you.

Almost one by each region. Document's in the principal languages (ONU 
Languages), diversity of cultures, regions, gender??.

Why?, because this is a global process, is necessary to understand that we 
work for all, not only for the connecterd-people. In latinamerica only the 
5% of population are connected, but this issues are important for the 100% 
of the population, we need to work for all.
