Alex and all stakeholders, candidates or other interested parties,

  First, let me thank you for posing these questions Alexander.
I will be more than happy to answer them as directly, honestly,
but briefly as possible.  I hope all of our other candidates will also...

  Much of mine are in the archives of this forum, the ALSC
archive, and the ICANN Comments@icann.org/comments@iana.org,
 DNSO GA, the old now defunct Domain-Policy, and IETF working
group archives for anyone to review at their leisure.  In addition
you may view the news archives of nytimes.com, icannwatch.org
and Wired.com for other views that I have been quoted on
as well for this information.

  I have about 23 years of total experience in these areas in
various forms.  Those experiences include but ar not limited
to the CMA in developing management principals, ICANN DNSO GA
of course, the USG in development of Krypto deployment coordination
and development,Sans.org in the identification of BIND security
holes problem correction, IETF in PKI areas, some work early on with
Veitnam Vetrans Association in various areas, Dallas businessmen's
association
in IT management and business development, INEGroup, Some early on work
on ARPANET project coordination.

  See above for some of this.  Also working on some Working groups
within INEGroup, My company in international work with GATT,
and NAFTA...
