This wording, to which new registrants are asked to agree, is now
out of date I think. Things have moved on since Accra, and I don't think
this organisation now agrees to the ICANN Board having any right to
establish or adopt conditions. I also think the mention of "fees" should
not enter into these conditions for registering as they may put people off.
This is in no way a criticism - I just think our self-identity has
changed a lot in recent months, and we now realise that we are
independent of ICANN, though demanding a decisive role in the
administration of the DNS.

I agree. These things need to be reviewed and refreshed as we move forward.
