Danny and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  Very good points here Danny!  As I and a few others early on
months ago emphisized time and time again, "Money is the mothers
milk of politics and policy making".  Without it, and a goodly amount
of it, you have little and likely NO chance of making a difference.
Lobbying costs big $$...
