1. At-Large Advisory Committee to participate in policy-making
process such as TFs and GNSO council(possibly various councils?)
under ICANN structure. (Thomas Roesler)
There are some people who expressed their concerns that it is serious
backward since users' voices were supposed to be represented
through half of Board members.
2. Straw poll on whether Interim ALAC(selected by the Board?) should
have full power to implement the proposed regional At-large
organizations

There were 7 or so people supported the proposal that interim
ALAC should have a full power to implement the structure.
Timeframe was not specificed when it was asked.
3. There are groups who try to self-organize such as ICANNatlarge.org
who can incorporate many diverse groups and At-Large Advisory
Committee Assistance Group who are expected to work together.
[note 1] There was no scriber for the meeting and this is my personal
note relying on my memory which is expected to be corrected, if there
is any misunderstanding or misdescription. Hope some other attendees
can fill this up with more details.
[note 2] At-Large Forum as f2f At-Large meeting in Shanghai
There will be no further f2f At-Large meeting clarified by Denise except
At-Large Forum sponsored by ICANNatlarge.org in Shanghai. Instead
there will be on-line meeting which has been advertised very poorly here.
[note 3] Thanks to NCDNHC and members who were willing to support
At-Large Forum and to participate in At-Large Forum after its
constituency meeting.
