Thank you, Hans, for initiating this valuable meeting as acting chair
of ICANNatlarge.org, which ended as only one f2f At-Large meeting
in Shanghai.

As pointed out, individual users could not attend this meeting
due to funding problem. Hope this can answer to Jim Fleming's
question where are 1,000 users in Shanghai?

Roger Cochetti suggested that Verisign is willing to fund for At-Large
election but not any At-Large structure which is not associated with
election. [further note]
