[atlarge-discuss] Re: [ga] ALAC comments on proposed Bylaws modifications
Joanna and all former DNSO GA members or other interested parties,
I share your disgust in this language, and what it MIGHT be interpreted
as with respect to "Participation/Membership". Not only is this language
open to many different interpretations leading to still more and continuing
disenfranchisement, it is as you rightly pointing out in your very well
and rightly put sarcastic tone, create serious problem for stakeholders
that live in one ICANN defined region, and are citizens of another.
Goes to show everyone again that the ICANN BOD and staff have
not been paying attention, again... Sad commentary indeed... :(
