Are you familiar with the meaning of "to foster" and "to promote"? No
offence meant,
but this is what I intend to do. By its constitution ICANNs possibilities
are
limited. But raising questions and speaking up about those issues is
possible.
Did you ever wonder why the USA has flat fee access for over 5 years and
in Europe we are just slowly getting there? Most big ISPs are registries
too.
ICANN handed them a valuable tool to create revenues and to increase
customer loyalty. These are moments, were I want to address things like
affordable access, etc.
