  Ok.  Well this is a pretty dam poor answer and/or method in which
to conduct such a survey.  But given your answer, I suppose
the EU stakeholders shall have to trust this is so...

  Ok a weak answer again here as well.  This sort of  "Comments at the end
of the survey" approach is well known as being usually ignored or taken
as insignificant...
