I have already urged other panel members to vote on Saturday (also the
charter itself still has to be formally voted by most of the panel!) -
considering the July 4th long  weekend in the US, I hope we'll have the rest
of the votes by today. (However votes #13 and #14 are ok since Wolfgang
voted too - but they are useless if we don't close vote #12 on the charter
too. It's just a formality, everybody already agreed informally on the
charter, but we have to do it.)
