Jamie,

A very specific question for you:

Would you favour as a measure to avoid future loss of communication between 
webmaster and Panel, that the webmaster is subscribed as a non-voting 
participant to the Panel-discuss list so that all communication with him is 
formally archived?

Do you feel that the Panel Chair could also appoint himself as webmaster or 
that such roles should better remain separate?

Other candidates may also feel free to reply, but please let Jamie answer 
first.
