Re: [atlarge-discuss] Straw Poll: ALOC Draft 3.0

This is slightly different interpretation from what I had in mind about
ALOC proposal.
Correct me if I am wrong, please.

The so-called "ALOC Draft 3.0" was personally proposed by Hans Klein who
is also the ALOC member, but I don't think most members of ALOC has
indicated any opinion about this.

AND the ALOC coordinator Denise Michel said it was NOT the "final version"
formally proposed.

So, as a member of ALOC, I was confused, and still I am not too clear as to
the status of Hans's proposal, but I don't think it has reached to be an ALOC
proposal.

So, in spite of Joanna's good intention, I think the way this simple straw
poll is
presented is quite mis-leading and adds more confusion than clarification to the
members of this icannatlarge.com list.

I think I understand what Hans is trying to suggest and Joanna's thinking,
and I have similar thinking, but I hope we should respect some difference
of opinions
or positions and allow them together without twisting the facts or intentions
so that we can broadly share the common goal without blaming each other
too much.

If Joanna asks simply how much Hans's amendments gets support, then
that will be much better, I think.

best,

izumi
