Please show me where the Registrar Accreditation Agreement provides for this.
To the contrary, the language states: "In the event that ICANN adopts a
specification or policy concerning procedures for handling expiration of
registrations, Registrar shall abide by that specification or policy." No
specification or policy has ever been established.
How is ICANN to enforce a policy that hasn't been written?
