Edmundo it would be excellent if the AtLarge community could bind the ICANN
Board to implement the AtLarge's policies, instead of merely advising the
ICANN Board.

That would indeed be a bottom-up process.

When you talk about "a real binding bottom up process" is that what you
mean?

Do you believe this is what ALAC will be allowed to do?

If not, then does ALAC achieve the goals you desire?

Wouldn't elected At Large representatives on the Board be better?
