Methinks yon Cordley Coit has a lean and hungry
look as well. Cordley Coit, who withdrew his
candidacy too late to be taken off the ballot
(I elect dead people), and was originally
nominated by Jeff Williams... Coincidentally,
both Cordley Coit and Jeff Williams post via
Mozilla and Win 95.

Jeff Williams, who along with some of his
sock puppets was barred from nominating
anyone on the DNSO GA way back in 1999:

I don't think his hijinks rise to the level of
calling the results into question. But I do think
it calls the process somewhat into question, if
it can be somewhat gamed by a technical lamer and
known fraudster, could it not be completely gamed
by someone unknown who knows what they're doing? -g
