Joanna,

Before you start disparaging a twenty year old organization well respected in 
the European Union, allow me to point out that one of their member 
associations, Club Informatique des Grandes Entreprises Francaises, was 
represented by Sebastian Bechollet who spoke both at Accra and at Bucharest.  
That organization has been out there doing its job, posting position papers 
to the ICANN forums and participating on the ECPOP list, which is more than 
icannatlarge.com as an organization has been doing.  As you personally 
haven't been to such ICANN meetings, you are not in a great position to 
criticize others for not showing up.  No disrespect intended.
