Different partners bring different skill sets to the equation.  CECUA has 
something to offer, as does the Internet Society, as does the Association of 
Computing Machinists, as does the Portland Oregon Area System Administrators' 
local group (in Bruce Young's hometown).  Small or large, local or 
multi-national, all these groups can be brought into a single Coalition (what 
ICANN would term a Supporting Organization).

It is this Coalition that is needed to empower the At-large.  It's a 
collaborative world.  Join forces, and the At-Large will be much stronger... 
remain divided and the consequences are inevitable.
