 Dear Chairperson,

 Firstly, I propose that the name change vote be expedited and also that the details of the membership be vested in someone not as prone to anger and temper as our Chair. I propose that the webmaster-designate be the sole custodian of the said details and a back-up be maintained by the DNSO Chair-designate or the Alt Chair.

 I am very disappointed with the high-handed way in which you have started running this organization which is the product of "passion", as Jefsey puts it very aptly...

 I agree with you that all of us need to be contributing to the Panel and the movement but considering that the only thing happening on the list is a petty fight YOU have tried to pick with Joop; and that I am completely excluded from participating in your teleconferences - do you think labeling people as "generally unavailable" is the way ahead?

 I wished to co-ordinate the WG on Incorporation & Funding but when I asked you about progress on that area, you not only refused to inform me, you politely offered to find someone else to co-ordinate!!! You have not yet bothered to reply to my email a full week after I asked you about the Incorporation and Funding issues!

 I am stunned by this completely ad hoc and disastrous way of managing the Panel- in fact I am labeling this email message as "Proposal" as 

 I PROPOSE THAT WE DO NOT TAKE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR FROM OUR CHAIR LYING DOWN.

 Do not talk to us in "that" tone, Ms. Lane.
