Don't try to give ICANN the fault for a failure which is _entirely_
homegrown.
Have Joanna and Judith even tried to ask their undisclosed
"trademark lawyer" for advice on how to use the name _without_
violating any law? Have they even tried to ask ICANN for permission?
Have they even responded to suggestions on how to deal with this
issue? Nothing. Doesn't sound like they were actually interested
in sorting this out.
To me, this looks very much like they have both used the name
pseudo-issue as a welcome excuse to escape from the responsibility
they have taken for this effort.
