[atlarge-discuss] No quorum

Voting closed on Saturday for the two motions:
    WEB SITE MANAGEMENT
    ICANNATLARGE.ORG

Both motions failed to achieve a quorum.  Neither motion passed.

Seems like the Panelists can't even be bothered to cast a vote, or to draft a 
set of bylaws for membership ratification.    

Someone remind me... what job were these folks elected to do?
