  Abstentions are the cowards way out IMHO.  They should not be allowed.
Stand up and be counted, or step down.

  ROFLMAO!  Well of course Ron.  Doing actual work or standing
tall, doesn't fit some folks modus oprendi!  But of course we have
seen this sort of thing too many times from the ICANN BoD now haven't
we.  My my how history has a way of repeating itself.  :(

  Very much agreed.  Hence why earlier I posted INEGRoup's voting
regulations/rules for all to consider and review.
