    Jamie is very concerned about your asking that your draft be put up as 
if it is has any more status than any other draft.    If there is a page for 
member proposals for bylaws, and the Hans K. draft is there along with 
anyone else's, no problem.    But is isn't a panel draft unless it is 
approved by the panel. Having bypassed the bylaws-wg and its chair, and 
ignoring objections, it would seem to be only your personal view as what 
what a bylaws might look like.
